RATES
Nightly: $35 | Weekly: $175 | Monthly: $450
Additional fee applies for more than two adult occupants.
RV Park Hookups are 50 AMP. 50 AMP to 30 AMP adapters are available for $15.
There is a no refund policy for reservations cancelled less than a week from arrival date.
PARK POLICIES
One RV allowed per space.
Quiet time is 10pm to 6am
All trash is to be placed in designated dumpsters on the property.
Campfires are NOT permitted at the RV park.
Pets must be kept on leash or inside your RV and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Maximum 2 pets allowed, unless otherwise approved by management.
Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds and reservation cancellations less than a week from arrival date are subject to no refund.
All RV's must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and in running order.
Condon RV Park shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by any guest while staying at the park.
Unreasonably loud and disturbing noise within the RV park is prohibited at all times.
No criminal or drug related activity in or near the park will be tolerated.
We accept all major credit cards, cash or money order. Checks not accepted. Monthly space rent and electricity charges are collected via automatic payment with card on file unless YOU request otherwise.
For monthly renters electricity is due on the 1st of every month at the time of electrical meter reading.
Violation of these guidelines is grounds for ejection from the park without refund.
Check out time is 11AM.
